Admission Requirements

New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences Canada provides admission to educational programs for the greatest range of students possible.
Where appropriate however, access to programs and courses are restricted to students who satisfy established admission criteria at both general and program-specific levels.

General Admission Requirements

All programs require evidence of English language proficiency.
Learn about our partnering program to satisfy the English proficiency requirement.
Completion of Secondary Education (12 years, or equivalent) or mature student status, or post-secondary transfer Academic and/or GPA requirements specific to individual programs Demonstrated proficiency in the English language is compulsory.
Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or legal authorization to study in Canada Aged at least 16+ years of age Domestic / International Students

Domestic Studendts / International Students admissions Process:

We at New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences Canada have kept a single fair minded process eliminating all issues regardless whether you are a Canadian domestic student or an International student “Every student follows/ fulfills the same requirements “.

General Payment and Registration

All students must register during the designated registration period, and pay all applicable fees prior to the published deadlines.
A non-refundable application fee of $200.00 must be submitted with each Application for Admission to begin the process.
A Financial Hold is applied to student accounts in arrears (due to unpaid tuition fees, student association fees, Library fines, or any other recognized overdue payments).
Funds deposited as credit to a student account may be used to pay for tuition and supplemental fees only.
Students with unpaid tuition balances are contacted by phone, email, and letter mail and must submit payment in full within 10 business days from the date of the notice. Failure to submit payment in full may result in the student being dropped from the course(s) without further notice.
A non-refundable late registration fee of $50 per course is charged for courses registered during the Late Registration Period.
All fees paid are non-transferrable.
All fees are subject to change.

Registration Periods

1.Regular Registration: (from the opening of registration until three Fridays before the start of classes) Tuition fee payment is due in full within 5 business days of course registration.
If the tuition fee payment is not received by the end of the 5th business day the course(s) are dropped automatically.
When there are less than 5 business days remaining in the regular registration period, payment must be received by 4:00pm on the first business day of the following week.

2.Late Registration: (approximately 2 calendar weeks before the semester start date until the add/drop/change deadline in a given semester).
A non-refundable late registration fee of $50 per course is charged.
Tuition fee payment is due in full within 1 business day of course registration. On the last day of Late Registration, payment is due before 4pm on that date.
Courses not paid by the end of the business day on the add/drop/change deadline are dropped.

Regular Registration Period

If a course seat becomes available, an option to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ the available course seat appears beside the course name in the Semester Registration section of AC Online.
It is the responsibility of the student to check their status in AC Online regularly, as course seats can become available at any time.

Once a course seat becomes available, the option to accept or decline remains active for a period of 24 hours.

If the student accepts the course seat, the course tuition fee must be paid within 5 business days. When there are fewer than 5 business days remaining in the regular registration period, payment must be received by 4:00pm on the first business day of the following week.
If the student does not accept the course seat within 24 hours, or accepts the course seat but does not pay the tuition fee prior to the payment deadline, the course is dropped.
Late Registration Period

If a course seat becomes available, the option to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ the available seat appears beside the course name in the Semester Registration section of AC Online. Basic Application outline for all students:

  • You will email New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences at info or info@newearthcollege.org
  • You will be required to fill up the online pre admissions form for all applicants (TBA soon)
  • New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences will check / calculate your credits and requirements to be fulfilled for our programs
  • New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences will inform you of your eligibility scores via email or phone
  • You will have to clear your application fee of 200$ non refundable and be issued with a letter of admissions
  • All students barring those with prior science or health care / medical degrees will have to meet /exceed by taking remedial courses which New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences will inform you based on your file.
  • You are required to clear your yearly fee at this time to start / sit in your class
  • There are various pre-requisites as deemed by the Dean / Professor of studies and internal committee one may have to submit Police clearance or submit criminal background declaration
  • New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences can ask for all of your documents to be not only verified by Notary but also to be mailed from the degree granting schools / Colleges directly to New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences
  • If required the student have to come for an academic interview or further screening
