The New Earth College of Natural Healing Sciences CANADA Continuing Professional Development department in Faculty of Natural Medicines accredits programs that meet the academic excellence and value expected from NEC as well as various others.

NEC CANADA accreditation involves a peer review of the academic process to certify that the curriculum is rigorous, scientifically sound, and qualifies for continuing education credits for participating healthcare professionals. All Continuing Professional Development programs undergo this quality review process.

Upon completion of the peer-review, successful programs are approved by the Faculty of Natural Medicine’s Continuing Education Directors and Leaders Committee and the NEC Faculty Councils Committee. The committees review each program for its attention to educational principles, such as: needs assessment, clear objectives, appropriate format, evaluation strategies, and conflicts of interest.

All programs are reviewed / taught according to the accreditation criteria established by the following governing accrediting bodies, thereby ensuring the awarding of credits to attendees:
